    Bad for SCOTUS. They should have accepted the case and made the decision into a national precedent. By refusing to take the case, SCOTUS has limited the good work of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to Pennsylvania, only.
    Perhaps you would have rather they had upheld the county?

    I'll take any 2A victories where I can get them.

    Pretty sure he said he would rather they uphold the previous ruling giving it national applicability. Not sure how you thought he would mean the opposite.
