Not surprised. I have a daughter whose first day at the range included 5 shots covered with a dime at 50 yds with a 17 HMR. Most of my girls can out shoot me.

I don’t understand why women seem to have a natural propensity at shooting. My wife was a better shot than me too.

No bad habits. No testosterone fueled ego.

That IS some shooting. For years I shot nearly everyday at the Ft Hood Smallbore Indooor Range. Them folks are good. A lot of the better shots were women.

Every woman I've ever taught was better than me at that point in development. They simply follow the instructions and men often dont. My mom, except when shooting the ground cause shes too old, picked up my AR for the first time and started hitting the base of shotgun shells at 25 yards. I couldnt hardle see them. She hadn't shot a rifle at the time in probably a decade.

For some reason, other than flinch, women just seem less apt to develop bad habbits or not do things right the same way every time.

Now if you allow them to get scope eye on the first shot of a decent caliber rifle it's a toss up cause they are pissed and no longer trust you cause you didnt at least tell them first.

Just run all zigzag like, and you’ll be fine.

Actually, no. Zigzag helps. Randomly zigging and zagging helps more. Including randomly falling down and getting back up during the zig and zag helps even more. Having others do the same thing with you helps even more than that. I was MEU(SOC) so I've had training in this stuff.

She's nailing the 10 ring at 1,000 yards. Me zigging at 20 yards she could probably do over her shoulder looking through her makeup mirror.

Oooooo my GAWD . . . you sexist pig!

I have trouble making out slow moving, WHITE goats 800yds away on an island. I can't imagine consistent shots on a stationary 10" target. Well done Sarg.
