Well its Monday again, gray and drizzling rain. I'd call in for lack of interest but I'm sure I'd tell me no, get to work. Is a good day to write performance reviews though since I'm in a crappy mood anyway.

It's interesting to realize how different places do things. For the last 20+ years of my work life, no one ever wrote a performance review for me. My bosses always told me to write my own. They just signed it. That seems like a more streamlined way to do things.

I agree - if you keep getting a paycheck you're doing good. If it goes up once in a while you're doing real good. If you find yourself not invited back, not so good. If the cops uninvited you real bad. Simple
