Just in case you bleached your eyes after seeing it as it was before, here is a reminder:

    Went from this

Still has the scope mount, but doesn't look as bad as it did

I keep it in a drawer so nobody gets too scared. She is ugly but accurate and fun to shoot. Definitely the loudest pistol caliber I have. View attachment 202524
I bought one that was converted to 9x19.

I bought a 7.62x25 barrel and converted the 9mm barrel to 9 Largo because the 9x19 did not function reliably (9mm Luger is too short for the magazine)

It now shoots BOTH with a barrel change.

    I also have a few Yugo M57, a few Romanian TTC, A Polish TT33 but I don't have an actual Soviet TT33.

    I like 'um.

Quite an Eastern Bloc collection you have. That 762x25 round is expensive. I had a Makarov collection. Got a Bulgarian for sale on this site. Have sold them all except the Miltex and Circle 10.

The CZ vz52 collection includes a 9x19 barreled.(saw it in a PAWN shop)
    I also collect 9X18 milsurps. (Makarov, CZ vz82, Polish P64, FEG 63, Polish P83)

Milsurp 76.2x25 used to be cheap but those days are gone.
    9x18 is still inexpensive.

    Nice piece.

More than one company manufactured that design. The Competitor Arms pistols are the worst. IMO, the Magnum Research version was solidly the best.

    I have a Competitor CP-1; I speak from sad experience. :(

Reminds me of the old .50 BMG design. (Thank god it never went in to production)
