    Morning... hows everyone's pulse?

    I may be seeking Legal/LEO advice soon. Anybody have credentials?

    No one in my family is LEO or has passed the BAR.

    I don't have a personal Lawyer. I've never had a run'in with law. Nor have I had to get them involved in any affairs of mine.

    The matters include- Easements, harassment and trespassing.

    If things were the way the were before lawyers ruined this nation, I would have taking care of it with a pair of brass knuckles last night. But you and I both know that end result. Considering the proximity... that would be futile.

    Melancholy day today. Saturday night, but she wasn't found until yesterday morning, a woman committed suicide. She was a big part of why I now live in Texas and have the job I have now. It's going to be tough going into work today, but I need that. Although we aren't related, she was every bit as family to me and I will miss her dearly.

    Sorry cannot help only LEO in the family is in CA.. I have never been known to pass a bar.

    I can't help, but just curious.
    Have you done anything that displays against trespassing on your property?
    Seems ridiculous that someone would have to.

    No Cam. Our property is inside my in-laws property. My in-laws have a no trespass sign coming in.

    It's a weird dynamic. But the issue is a family member on the other side of the fence. I was more inquiring about harassment charges and the legality of easements. Trespassing is just me thinking a few moves ahead. I doubt it'll become an issue.
