If you’re surrounded and have an AR that’s ready to go, fighting for the cause means assuming a defensive fighting position and begin escalation of force (shout, show, shove, shoot).
It does not mean having your paid PSD execute a Kevin Costner “Bodyguard” reenactment.

My old alma mater - and the reason they never get a penny in donation from me. The college actively encourages this sort of behavior. As for the University police, even back 100 years ago when I was in school, they'd show up in a dorm for a complaint about somebody smoking weed and they'd sit and toke up with the heads after they made them open the window to keep down the smell. Park in the wrong spot and they'd have a ticket on your windshield in 30 seconds, but calls for serious crime were a waste. They did their very best to cover up rape, as that might embarrass the University.
Isn't attention paid to law abiding gun owners legally exercising their rights exactly what we need! That she is a beautiful young woman is a plus because that puts a good face on it as well as making it a woman's rights issue which is a reality of politics today. With all due respect, that you see it the way you apparently see it is a sad commentary on those who support the RKBA because it exhibits the fact that too many of us create a rift amongst our own ranks.
