Took it out today to the range and love this thing. Huge fan of .22

Wife and I shot for awhile and barely dented the 500 rounds I brought with.

Big bonus was seeing her confidence improve. She has a 9mm and is getting a lot more comfortable shooting.

It really does. Shoots smooth, feels great in the hand. Very easy to use. My wife love shooting it at the range.

Great job OP. I've been shooting for 50+ years and still shoot a 22 auto to start every range session. It allows me to refresh my "Latch" and get warmed up as well. I use a TX 22 or Glock 44 with all of my first time shooter students as well. Very solid way to get newbs started.

Latch = Legs- knees slightly bent, Arms - elbows slightly bent, Torso - bent slightly at the waist to put center of gravity on the balls of your feet, Chest - breathe, it really helps, Head - keep your head up and bring the gun up to your line if sight.

    redbaron8,

    WELCOME ABOARD.

Quality .22LR pistols are GOOD ENOUGH that many shooters never "graduate" to a larger caliber weapon.

For example, my late Mother "was never known to be without" her "old school" COLT'S WOODSMAN (which I bought her for her 50th birthday on 22JAN1968) when she was on our family farm.
(Mother once caught a pair of local thugs, who were "helping themselves to saddles" & held the two men for the PCT 3 Constable. She was nearly 80yo at the time. = NEVER underestimate the determination of "little old ladies" on their home turf. - CHUCKLE.)

    yours, satx

That pistol looks a bit like a Sig - is it? Very good looking gun.
The range where I shoot sometimes recommended that I buy a .22 pistol so I could shoot more often at a lower price for ammo. Of course that depends if .22 is available and at what price. My last range visit I was shooting .40 S&W and .45ACP which I had bought several years ago.
