If they want to save lives in NY, why don't they just make it illegal to have NY air in NY? I suppose that the nasty air there has no affect on people? I mean, smog is harmless, right?

New law: families w/kids under 18 may not have SxSs, alcohol, firearms, etc. etc. etc.
If the building owner says this joint is smoke free and all renters know that on the front end, no problem IMO.

My nieces apartment burned down 2 weeks before Christmas. Bit#$ that was responsible for it was on oxygen and fell asleep while smoking a cigarette.
So.... I don't see anything wrong with it.
