Meatloaf and potatoes au gratin. Birthday dinner for the big 39. I have a side of vodak and cranberry to go with it.

I also picked up my birthday present at the best buy drive through. I got a DJI mavic mini drone. Hopefully I can have some fun with the kids and keep a lookout for the blue helmets of they start rolling.

P.S. it is always potatoes au gratin over scalloped. Being someone that was held captive in the north for 30 years, I require cheese.

Me - Sockeye salmon w/lemon pepper seasoning.

Wife (who hates salmon) - Tilapia fish sticks.
We split the fruit cup.

Ran the gauntlet. Smokey missed.
I'm 200 miles west of where I woke up.
Momma has hominy casserole and scalloped taters in the oven.
Grill is ready. Ribeye and salmon fillet are ready for Freddy to go steady with big Betty.

Got a pork tenderloin. Cut it in two, then butterflied one half. Put down a layer of pepper jack and folded back into a tube. Wrapped in bacon and put it on the grill.

Salad on the side.

Chicken nuggets for 3 of the littles and my wife. 2 eggs scrambled with toast for my 8yr old. Leftovers for me. That was some sausage meat balls, potatoes au gratin and rice, chicken and peas. All mashed / mixed up and fried on the cast iron skillet. I am the only one that eats leftovers it seems. Tomorrow will be grilled chicken (breast and drummies, bone in) with corn on the cob.
