The guy in the mugshot's name is Andrew Charles Wilson. I found a record from Smith County that showed a mug shot (the same one already posted), and listed a charge of "Adult Misdemeanor" on 8/18/2005. The record didn't say much.

I don't know if its the same guy doing the scamming or not, but it might be worth looking into.

    Found some more. Arrest records.

    08/18/2006 - 01/04/2007

    "Criminal Non-support"

    https://judicial.smith-county.com/PublicAccess/JailingDetail.aspx?JailingID=321913

    05/17/2007 - 09/10/2007

    Non-payment of child support.

    https://judicial.smith-county.com/PublicAccess/JailingDetail.aspx?JailingID=9267

I also found some civil cases. Most concern a divorce and a custody case. If you want to find those, its easy to look up. They're probably not relevant and I'm sure the other parties don't want to be associated with this.

Here's the last record I could find in Smith county. It was an eviction from 2018.

    Here
One guy that got ripped off by this guy drove to Tyler and went to his house. His landlord said he skipped out on rent and hasn't been seen.

I don't know why I can't find his picture, I just used it in a warning ad on TG Trader in January. He had some ads up on there for things that were 60% of the real price. I was trying to bait him again to see what info I could get but it went cold after he responded once....I think he remembered my username.

Is your user name 'crookbuster' on texasguntrader?

He has stolen thousands overall. If everyone scammed would call the Smith County Sheriff's Office, then I doubt they could ignore this issue even if they wanted to. This guy has scammed a lot of people. It seems his scamming spree started in Feb of 2019. It's weird that this guy was a member of some of the sites for years and seemed to be on the up and up. He had past sells that went fine, he didn't seem to cause any issues, and then all of a sudden he starts scamming people left and right. I wonder what happened.

Going off his criminal record he has a child support problem now, so that's probably about the time he got divorced.

That fits the classic profile of someone who developed a drug problem. They don’t care about anybody or anything or except how to get money to buy drugs.

Think about the percentage of this world’s problems that would disappear if we could magically:

    1. Get rid of all illegal drugs;
    2. Get rid of all alcohol made for consumption; and
    3. Convince men to keep their pants zipped up.
