I have heard Home Depot is much worse and have heard complaints about no distancing happening there. Lowe's is doing what they can and it is unfortunate that the employee would not take care of the issue. Could have asked you to stand aside maybe. I don't know.

Was at Home Depot today. I was picking up an order so I didn't go past the customer service desk. They had Xs taped on the floor for where you were supposed to stand while in line. There were about 6ft away from each other. Me and the other two people in that line stood a bit farther away from each other than that. The employees didn't seem to care that much. I ended up helping the cashier get my order from behind the counter. There was a bunch of stuff in the way and she was having trouble pushing it. It was only 800lb of soil.

She was young, probably about my age. One of the older employees pushing a cart around was definitely trying to keep his distance from the customers.

Lots of people who dont need what is the min delivery ammounts in their areas.

I use dirt to fill in the foundation every spring. I dont need 4 yards nor could I shovel or move 4 yards so I buy 50 bucks in bags. That's a lot of dirt and I get to test the character of future son in laws.

I was riding through town the other day. A lady stepped into the street because she was trying to avoid a jogger coming toward her. If a car would have been in the outside lane she would have went ass over elbows.

It stinks viewing everybody as the enemy. It would be nice if folks would try to be considerate of the times. I run into a fair number of inconsiderate people in the stores - walking on the left side, getting too close, bringing a group of 5 people in with them, etc.

At the same time, we don't have to be rude. It's fine to talk to people & treat them like humans when you're out.

Spraying a cloud of Lysol around you does nothing. Nothing. Well, except entertain the rest of us.

Went to a Walmart in another town this morning. Out front they had used bollards to rope off a single lane entry to the front door so single file entry only with big 6 ft spacing signs. I walked in behind the wife and employee asks if we are together (meaning why are you not 6’ apart). I told him we were and that neither of us liked communism. He laughed and said he had to ask everyone. Inside, another employee was pacing off the distance between food displays in the main aisle. Turned the corner and almost put my hands in the air because some guy was walking around with a red bandana over his nose and mouth.

The craziness is running deep in East Texas!
