I’m just riding it out. What they’re doing doesn’t bother me at all. Yeah it sucks! But it’s not like I’m behind bars. I’m losing weight, getting shit done, and still making $$
So am I , but there are hundreds of thousands that will be left absolutely destitute due to the panic driven executive orders that have shut down business and commerce completely.
This needs to stop right now. The high risk folks can still shelter in place, but the other 98.5% should, and need to get back to work.
The economic devastation will be far,far worse than the virus if we don’t.
And what do you think those hundreds of thousands ( in Texas alone)of broke, destitute and desperate folks are going to be doing in a couple of months when they can’t afford food, place to live , etc?

If you put in perspective the other things people die from in the world, the numbers from beer flue are pretty low.
Not to say we dont need to take precaution but this has turned into fearmongering from the media & the left. If you pay attention to the media...its 2 states leading the narrative of doom & gloom... NY & Commiefornia.

What bothers me is that local and state governments are using their policing power under these emergency orders pretty much unchecked by the judiciary right now. With messaging like what’s used above, I’ll not be surprised if some state and local governments try this tactic on gun control I’m the future.
We’ve already seen in Bexar County one of the gun shops that a member here works at was told
to shut down, despite the county’s order that specifically allowed an exception for them to operate. Thankfully, the business was able to successfully fight it and remain open.
