Starting to wrap up my Black Friday Frankenbuild and haven’t figured out what stock I want. Only non-negotiable is the color, aside from that it can be fixed or adjustable. I tried a UBR I had lying around and that’s not really what I want. Thinking maybe a B5 SOPMOD, maybe enhanced. Maybe there’s something out there I don’t know about but I need too.

    Specs:
    - PSA upper
    - 18” CHF FN barrel
    - Geissele Mk14 15” handguard
    - Geissele has block “bomb proofed”
(the above was all purchased as an assembled upper from PSA)
    - Geissele ACH
    - SOLGW BCG
    - Seekins Precision lower
    - SOLGW LPK
    - TBD Geissele trigger
    - B5 P23 grip, OD green
    - Trijicon AccuPoint 2.5-12.5x42
    - Geissele Super Precision Mount

So what stock do I need. Like I said, no UBR on this one, don’t really think a PRS is right for this one either.

Could always go fixed, Calvary mfg has a1 length stocks in OD.

If you want adjustable, the magpul CTR is nice, and larue makes a riser and monopod adapter for it.

CTR isn’t bad, I have several of those. Even with the lock, they aren’t always as tight as I’d like. The B5 with a LMT tube seems to be about the tightest fit and I’m leaning towards that but looking to see what other options are out there I’m not familiar with.

This is it, my most recent build. Was hoping to take it out last weekend but didn’t get to before that range closed for good.

Anyway, still thinking about stocks. Been re-thinking the no UBR thing. Might be exactly what it needs.
