Follow this entire thread down and you will be lead to places you haven't heard or seen before. At the time this is posted the memorial for Floyd is waiting to start. The commentators on Fox are taking you to so many different places it is almost frightening. The description of the event that lead to his death is becoming so distorted it is not recognizable. Even the description of the officer on the knee is becoming worse and worse with each speaker.

Wile looking at the screen shot posted here another photo appeared of Chauvin at the screen with the words Freemason antifa....??? across it. after the screen shot was done this photo had disappeared. A lot of care needs to be used when watching things now for what ever reason.

All of the hundreds of videos on YouTube and news footage of cops harassing citizens over covid are rumor?
You are a damn dumbass .
And yes..it happened to a good friend of mine also. He told me 1st hand accounts.

Well that makes it a rumor monger vs a dumbass. I'd rather be the dumbass.

There is 1 reason to lose consciousness when being choked - you are not getting enough oxygen to your brain.

Either your airway is cut off & you eventually pass out due to lack of oxygen to the lungs and then the brain, you can breath but your carotid arteries are blocked limiting blood and therefore oxygen from the lungs to the brain, or a combo of both.

Some people can adapt and live with both carotid arteries closed off by plaques. Blood gets to their brain through the vertebral arteries.

Heart issues are triggered by the airway being cutoff and a lack of oxygen in the blood going to the heart muscle, by a sympathetic (adrenaline) surge increasing oxygen demand on the heart which the heart can no longer meet, or a combo of both.

There still is a problem with the position of the knee on the victim. It is more in the position of the occipital bone toward the rear of the neck. The airway is more under the chin and the man turns his head at one point to the right with his nose going into the pavement. This moves the airway further away from the knee pressure.

There are also facial bruises and abrasions on one ME report indicating the face was in the pavement. That's not an excuse just a description.

The officer's own body cam, plus the other officer's body cams, and the conflicting arrest report of the incident are going to be two huge hurdles for the officers to overcome in a trial. They look really bad, and it would be difficult to attach reasonable doubt to either. That is a non-legal opinion, but simply an observation if I were a juror in the trial of those officers.

Federal DOJ is doing an independent investigation of the killing of George Floyd, meaning they could bring additional charges against the officer who has been charged, as well as possibly against the other three officers that were involved.

There is something else going on here than is being put out. There is no video of the scene from when he is at the wall and then on the ground. Why?

There are no body cam videos. Why? There is a report that says he would not get in the back of the cop car. He says he was claustrophobic. While he struggled with the officers bout getting in the car is when he is heard calling for mama.

The officer Chauvin is said to go to the backdoor on the drivers side and reach for him over the seat and try to pull him into the car.

If this report on the bodycams video is correct then it is easy to see why they are not being released.

    Answer these questions.
Why do they know each other?
Why are the two officers badges wrong?
Why does the license plat say 'POLICE'?
Why he able to move his face away from the knee?
Is the knee on the windpipe or occipital part of head?
Do you see any EMT's on the gurney?
Is there body cam video showing Floyd was resistant?
    Does ME report support asphyxiation?
Why do who know each other?
    How are the badges wrong?
Because it is informative and cool to have it say Police.
What does moving his face have to do with anything?
Why would the knee have to be applying pressure to the windpipe or occipital bone to cut off circulation through the carotid artery?
Why would an EMT be on, lay down or sit down on the gurney?
Yes, there is video footage possibly showing him resisting arrest although I am sure you do not know what could legally qualify as resisting if you had to ask that question.
Asphyxiation, was not the cause of death from what I read about the ME's report, instead it was cardiac pulmonary arrest complicatedated by him having been subdued with pressure applied to his neck.

If he wasn't resisting, would he have mentioned being claustrophobic?
If he was actually afraid of going into the car, of course he would have resisted.

I'm sorry, who is too claustrophobic to get into a car?
Ever been in the back of a cop car? Some make coffins look roomy.

    Just saying.

ETA, a general statement not directed at any one specific, these stupid conspiracy theorist questions are getting pretty stupid. The cops were criminal in their actions period. The criminal justice process will flesh this out.

    Yes, I have.

    But I'm not claustrophobic.

Exactly. Once a person is detained, arrested and restrained, they become the responsibility of the those who have that person in custody. When you deprive a person of their rights by due process of law, then you assume responsibility of the person.

IMO, it's irrelevant whether Floyd was guilty or innocent of anything illegal, or criminal. His death rests on those four officers.

I think some are trying to come up with "conspiracy theories" to justify those officer's actions on that fateful day. I ain't buying it.

I don’t know anyone personally that enforced mask orders or stay at home orders, my department didn’t, neither did HPD or any of the other surrounding Harris/Ft Bend/Waller county departments. Policing isn’t black and white, there’s a lot of gray area.

I didn't see one cop give out a ticket in the last couple months. In fact I rarely have seen a cop the last few weeks. I've seen more since the Floyd thingy.
