Well, I finally know a second person who has the rona. His kids have it, and gave it to mom and dad. Dad is a social butterfly, no telling how many he has been in contact with.

My BIL got the corona a few weeks ago.
Said it was like the flue. Hit him for a couple days then felt fine. It took 3 weeks to test negative.

    F350-6,

As long as Uncle Sam gives hospitals 39 thousand dollars for each reported case, expect MORE & MORE positives. = I know of a case here where a teenage boy accidently shot himself in the palm of the hand with a .22LR pistol & he was reported by METHODIST HOSPITAL (I know one of the RNs there.) as a COVID-19 related case. = FRAUD is what that is.

    cjtexas,

FYI, I know a LOT of people in The Alamo City & I KNOW exactly 3 people who HAVE HAD or HAVE the virus. = 2 other retired GIs & me.
(All 3 of us HAD the virus back in October 2019,when the HQUSAMEDDAC was just calling it: "A respiratory virus of some unknown sort." - ALL 3 of us were sick for 48 hours or less, with the dry cough, low grade fever, sore throat & "food tasted funny".)

Truthfully, i thought that I had had a "mild case of food poisoning" until a COL Molly B______, ANC Retired, RN/NP told me what it was.

    To All,

Have you heard about the cannibal who killed, cooked & ate a circus clown?

He said that the clown tasted, "FUNNY".
(The devil made me do it.)

    satx,

I’m pretty sure we already had this go around Wacko last winter too. My daughter “was” a senior in the TWU dental hygiene program and brought home some serious funk.

Weird though, nobody died warranting shutting down of the economy or anything, just like now...

    This is fraud, but this...

    But this was definitely COVID-19?

This goes back to my post about statistics & cherry-picking in the other thread.

Wife’s co-worker has the antibodies, doesn’t recall ever being sick.
    Her husband tested negative.

Wife’s friend in CA was just diagnosed with it, she’s showing very mild symptoms. Husband and two kids are awaiting results, no symptoms as of yet.

Wife’s company had three folks in their Jersey City office die from it early on, no details.

    Moral:
My wife may be spreading the contagion

    TX OMFS,

YES, that is what COL Molly B_____, ANC, Retired said that it was & "she didn't stutter" when she said that it was what was later called COVID-19.
    (I'm not a doctor/nurse & don't play either one on TV.)

BTW, since last October, HQUSAMEDDAC's experts in Infectious Disease have stated that the virus called COVID-19 is NOT a "new virus" but rather a virus had been around " - - - for years as a disease of small mammals" in Asia & that "jumped" to humans.

COMMENT: Giving 39,000.ooUSD per "reported case" is a STRONG motivation to LIE with statistics for medical personnel/hospitals to "make some extra bucks" for doing nothing.

Yes, paying hospitals is a strong incentive. That is more evidence that we need government out of healthcare.

The nurse ER referencing has no idea if you had COVID-19 or not. She gave an opinion based on your history. I can do the same thing. I don't care if you believe her. I just want you to admit there's no objective evidence.
