    Right at the moment, I'm just going to relax here in the shade with a really cold beer. My thermometer is showing 97 in the shade!
    I worked out in the garage while I grilled the burgers and I was dying. Way too hot for this cracker

    To think I was trying to convince myself to go load some .223 out there.

    I hear ya! At about 1:30, I had enough of the mowing, and that was mowing in the shaded areas of the yard! I'm waiting until about 7 to mow the unshaded areas.

    Just grilled drumsticks for later and steaks for tonight. Taking the cover off the grill almost burned my hand so I took the IR thermometer to the uncovered grill. 157* sitting in the sun before I even lit the coals.
    Should have made jerky. No fire required. Just put a fan on the intake of the smoker and roll with it.
