Well, the police seized the two guns seen in all the pictures as "evidence". Still not formally charged with anything, tho. I hope they have more and haven't been dissuaded from using them.
Have the cops issued trespassing citations to all those people, yet?

How dare you, you racist scum!

So I read today the pistol that woman had was reported to be inoperable? Who the **** pulls out a firearm on a crowed that’s not operational? How ignorant are these 2 people? We already know they don’t understand basic firearm safety so no we find out they pulls out a weapon that won’t fire? I’m shocked. Those 2 need a basic safety course for starters.

This is covered in the article located in another thread on the subject, started Saturday.

The city attorney that charged this couple refused to answer why MO Castle Doctrine didn't apply in this case. She's literally a Soros funded activist. No BS. Also, I read that the MO AG filed a brief to have these charges dismissed. This case will be laughed out of the courtroom if it gets that far. The bad news is, the handgun was fake and the AR15 wasn't loaded. What a couple of dumb-asses.

Here's a source for the move to dismiss the charges:

That city atty picked the wrong folks to pick on. It's one thing to try and railroad a poor redneck who can't afford an attorney but to pick on 2 well connected affluent attorneys methinks is a ticket to the unemployment line. This is going to be fun to watch.

Sure both guns were unloaded, WHEN SEIZED. Duh.

Why was there a need to test fire the gun? It wasn't fired in the alleged crime, so it isn't like they needed to verify ballistics or anything. Is it so they could confirm whether it fit their definition of a lethal weapon, which it did not in the received condition, thus making the determination?

Sounds like evidence tampering to me, but I'm not a lawyer.
