What are your favorite USA made scoped AR cases? I prefer a soft case and want to buy USA made products if possible.

Command Post Surplus on the Sam Houston Tollway South Loop in Houston employs about a half dozen seamstresses that assemble awesome rifle cases on-site. If you desire specific features, you can discuss them directly with the maker. I should mention they are extremely price competitive.

I will look into that. I’m just a couple hours from there. I love Pelican cases, I have a few for my boat and one of their coolers but can’t justify that cost for a rifle case.
    Keep them coming.

Seahorse. I bought a small case on a whim while shopping at ace electronics in Houston and like it. I keep my wallet, cell phone and small handgun in it while hiking, hunting, camping.

Only one store that sells them within a 300 mile radius and their wwbsite is gone. Looks like a nice product!

Pelican is probably King, made in San Diego, but can be super pricey and probably overkill for most needs.

condition1 cases are made in Texas, and they have some much more affordable options, both in hard and soft:

I’m going to call them tomorrow and narrow down where the case I want it manufactured. Their site shows this:

    MacZC7,

You'll think that I'm NUTS (and I may be at 73YO) but I have found enough US-made hard & soft cases for ALL of my scoped Remington Model 760 rifles/carbines at GOODWILL STORES & the SALVATION ARMY FAMILY STORES of SA & Austin, in the last year.
(The big GOODWILL store on Research Blvd, in Austin is ONE of my main "bargain hunting areas". = For example, I bought a brand new & AUSSIE-made oilskin riding coat there for 19.99 plus tax. - I looked that exact coat up "online" & found that the MSRP is 329.oo from SYDNEY DROVER'S SUPPLY in AUZ.)

The MOST that I have paid was 8.99 for a PELICAN case for my "pet" .300 SAVAGE Model 760 rifle with Leopold scope.

The US-made & "new looking" soft case for the Remington Model 7600P police carbine was 5.75 plus tax.
(When I got home & opened it up, I discovered the sales receipt from a gun shop in WY for 31.99 plus tax.)

    yours, satx

I bought a cheap Plano to send a gun to a smith out of state. The case wasn't in a box so I made one out of a water heater box. When I got it back it was cracked. I contacted Plano & the one they sent out was cracked.

    baboon,

PLANO must have "gone down hill" BAD, as my old PLANO flyrod case was "backed over" by an F350/one ton truck about 4 years ago & neither the case nor the 2 flyrods inside were damaged.
