I have often wondered how much that flare display cost?

Does it really matter how much the cost is?

They are bringing home a fallen "military" hero.

I'm not trying to be mean or nasty or anything of the like. I had several friends and kin folk die in Nam. I was on a flight several years ago that brought a military hero home. When we landed, everyone on the plane stayed in their seat until the casket was off loaded. it was a very sad and sobering experience to see the family members on the tarmac to meet the casket carrying their fallen loved one. There was not a person on the plane with a dry eye. Not even mine.

I'm not asking because I think it wasteful. If anything I'd like to know the cost so we as a nation can look around at crap that needed to be eliminated from the budget. Military sponsored NASCA needs to go away as far as I am concerned. Aid programs to turd world shitholes. Life support on RBG.

Oh! OK. I understand now what you meant. It wasn't the angle flight in particular, it was about all of the other flucked up programs we, as tax payers, pay for, like, why don't chickens fly, why do we pay more money to world relief than any other country, etc, etc, etc.

Texas Desert Racing Association's "Race to midnight" at Texana Ranch. Its an awesome venue and there are Wildebeest, Zebra, American Bison and other exotics out on course while you race.
