Keep in mind almost all 'facts' at this time are from motorcyclist.

We have seen plenty of biker road rage against motorists over the years that did not turn out like bikers claimed when video was obtained.

So this will be interesting.

Doesn't necessarily sound like the other witnesses were gang members.

Probably also a little soon to say he was part of a "bike gang" too.... Article went out of its way to say "motorcyclist" and from the video, the dude didn't exactly sound like a hardened criminal. Just saying.... Could have been an old dude on a Goldwing walking out of Starbucks that saw some crazy lady run into his 'wing and take off.

I agree, but this wasn't "road rage", she supposedly hit him and didn't stop.
At least that's how I read it.

If she was truly scared, she should have stayed in her house and called the cops. When she came outside with a weapon, she became an aggressor at that point. She was inside and safe. She chose to come outside and engage. I'm preliminary siding with the biker.

And the biker followed her all the way home, but he is not the aggressor?

That is what is gonna make this case so much fun.
