For me 5 is enough. Any less could be a fluke.

More is always better but you gotta draw the line somewhere.

Scope full fu manchu custom rifle, not bad at all....The Army paid an extra $5 bucks a month,1903 Springer, iron sights, 1000 yds, Infantry up until WWII. Dad went in '34 Infantry, bought his parents a farm with that extra $5 per mo, that made the mortgage payment.

I will admit that dad had and edge that few folks have. Eyesight, 20-20 is considered good, 20-15 is rare, 20-10 is extremely rare, by the time dad got into his 60's he was 20-15. Not sure where it came from as his mom and dad both wore glasses.

Actually he uses a modified 6BRAI and calls it the 6BRAW (W= Wilson).

Look at the 600yd target I posted on show your groups. 5 shots touching. Figured out to .04 MOA..
