I've had this gun for awhile only reason im selling it, is that im going to switch over to a pump and need the extra cash. I bought it from my friends dad who is a ex-deputy and he has used it for all bird game and im looking to sell to a hunter to use it for more bird game or skeet. so its definitley used but in great shape ive had no issues with it what so ever i will be honest though it does have one slight problem that can be fixed for forty to sixty dollars. The release button below the chamber that you press that normally is flush sticks out a little more then normal. This in no way effects the guns effectiveness at all it is just a slight blimish that can be fixed or not it still will work fine its really up to you to spend the extra cash i have never really cared to. It does include all chokes and the $40 gun sling and it was just cleaned. I want to get atleast $500, any question ill be more then happy to answer thx (email: krenekg@yahoo.com).
