Barn is 60'x24' (14' open porch) and roof is gently rounded and sloped for rainwater collection. Had big off-grid dreams once upon a time. Kids are older and don't want to spend weekends on the ranch anymore and an aging parent means I haven't been getting up there either, and frankly need to free the capital up.
I've let it get away from me, and can't seem to catch up. Used to keep an RV trailer in the barn (septic tank has access from inside barn) and spent many a morning waking up early and waiting for the kids to come out. Good memories.
Pond creek runs through the property, and there is a nice dry wash/creek that feeds into it as well, which provides a nice gully when dry to shoot inside of safely. Plenty of room to put up a range, as there is really only one house within miles. Mostly a lot of cows.
