    I do wonder about the rights of privacy though.

    Your right to privacy is generally nonexistent. However there is legal recourse to trespass, and of course using your likeness without permission.

    I agree laws need to change to insure our privacy. Alas law and court cases have been going the other way.

    Using it is definitely illegal, but is possessing them? Either way; shall not be infringed. Jammers are an important "arm" in today's world.

    Look like you can possess it, but you can't manufacture, import, market,sell, or operate them.
