    Could be ejector is bent to the right a bit. Could be operator error.

    Some extractors are glued in. There is no mention of the extractor being out of position. I took a fired case to see if I could get the primer lined up with the extractor and was not able to align the primer. So, I don't understand how it could happen if the extractor was not obviously out of position.
