My preference is that this sort of thing causes an end to the existence of women's sports. There should just be "sports" and if you're good enough to be the best at sport X, nobody should GAF about your plumbing. If you're not good enough to make the team, too damn bad, go do something else.

If women's sports do continue, women are going to have to stand up for themselves and put a stop to this. If women don't put a stop to this, I would assume they don't object to losing to biological men, and if women don't care, I certainly don't.
