For $30 off $250, use promo code 30NOW (expires 12/31/13)

For $20 off $250, use promo code 20LATER (valid from 1/1/2014-1/31/2014)

You might be better off "requesting a deal" on an item. The best way to go is to find what you want in stock at a competitor and get them to do a price match. OpticsPlanet is awesome like that… I found an EOTech XPS2-0 for $445 at CMC Gov Supply. I asked OpticsPlanet to price match, which they did, and it saved me the money on TX sales tax.
