Ok, Clarke is hungry - who's feeding him???

I'll try to watch this thread and post a list who who's bringing what on here. Suggestions: Crock Pot meals, Dishes, Snacks, Drinks, Plates/Plasticware/Cups, Ice, Drinks

At this range, we've been averaging about 25-30 people at the meets, so plan accordingly. Generally, we've been allowing the staff to come in after we're done and grab what's left. For as much as they work with us, I think it would be nice on our part to go ahead and invite them to join in with us from the start. If anyone has any problems with that, please let me know. They do have a grill they have offered up for us to use on the back porch.

I am bringing about 50 burgers. Bacon venison burgers. And the number 2 child to cook them.
Might bring some beans too unless someone else wants to.

Of curse. I will have a small grill or two and seasonings but I hate to ruin a good burger

I'll bring the paper/plastic plates, paper towels, and plastic eatin' utensils.

And I've got a tabletop dome type charcoal grill thing I can bring if needed.

I'll throw my lil' kettle grill in the truck to make sure.

Who's bringing charcoal? Or is this all gas fired stuff?

My son is bringing his truck and should have more than one grill. More charcoal won't hurt. Any other meat y'all want to cook, bring it.

Oh, and Dan, please bring me a couple dozen eggs.
