Starting the thread to chat about foods for the reunion.

We're more than a month out and undoubtedly, commitments will change; however, trying to help where I can and being that it's lunch time for me, food is on the brain.

@toddnjoyce, I'm happy to help coordinate the potluck list or whatever as needed.

I plan to bring a pot of my late step-dad's "Three Day Green Beans".

Yep, green beans. Yep, they will cook low and slow for three days. Yep, there might be a pound or two of bacon percolating in them beans. Yep, you will thank me (well, I'll pass the thanks along to my wife).

    Go right ahead.

Normally I'd be bringing those, but, I've got a few things going on that might interfere with my attendance. So I won't promise something I cannot guaranty

We have lots of side dishes and a dessert. Any thoughts about mains/grilling? I can bring some smoked sausage? Anyone else?

@toddnjoyce, you originally noted chili but indicated you would need to confirm.

@Charlie, same for you, "to be determined".

@Fishkiller, are you still interested in supplying plates, napkins, forks?

ETA: removed google drive spreadsheet link... can't figure out how to get the link to work.

I plan on being there and I intend to bring an appetite but no guest. How'eva'... I could also bring some sliced beef or something similar. I have no idea what's needed. If the HMFTBIC could let me know what's needed I'd be glad to bring it.

@Dougw1515, I'm not the HMFTBIC for the gathering overall; however, I've been keeping track of the foodstuffs.

Sliced beef would be a great addition. Thanks!
