    Id say they would want to be careful about over using this new tactic, it can swing both ways. Third parties suing companies that don't mandate vaccine or mask policies. It could be a bit of a slippery slope.

    On the merits, I think that section of the law is going to be deemed unconstitutional except in the instance where the third party is an injured party. It’s long been held anonymous standing is no standing.
