Does anyone know if I use a mark II hammer bushing in my mark III to get rid of mag safety?

Use a hammer bushing that is designed to fit your MKIII hammer. Check out this thread:

I put that Volq Acurizing kit in one of my 22/45's and it is like day and night. Cut the trigger pull weight in half and is the bees knees for sure. well worth the $100

Was looking at the parts kit for our 22/45 from Majestic Arms.

Speed Strip Kit

I have the 3.2 kit that changes some of the internals to the mark II style. The trigger has the same amount of take up but feels nice. It's still a single stage take-up so don't freak out.

Bottom line one I would recommend it.

As as far as the volq trigger- I want one. Just not bad enough to buy it yet. I shoot my 22/45 really good. I can't imagine my shooting getting that much better. Next week I can't promise I hadn't bought it yet.
