Yes, it can be enforced. Their building is not owned by the govt, or leased by or from the govt.

I think so. I took it at a weird angle to not be in the pic and from a distance to get their logo. Ill try to post more signs here as i see them. Fortunately i dont come across many.

texas3006.com currently lists 3 in Austin with the one on Mopac first listed there in 2008.

This. For as proud as Austin is of being a liberal bastion, there are very few proper 30.06 signs around town. The only ones I'm aware of (other than City Hall ) are TW, Jared and Top Golf.
