    No, not the movie, although the actors who were trained at Jim Jones in LA for the movie certainly used the same exercises ( and a spray gun for ab definition ). :banghead:

    I created a new workout for my clients and myself, which require no weights, only a pull up bar. You can purchase a cheap pull up bar that fits on your doorway for less than $30 as well as plastic push up bars and various body-weight strength items to enhance the workout from Amazon.

    Quite simple:
    100 reps x pushups ( any variety )
    100 reps x pullups ( any variety )
    100 reps x body squats ( any variety )

    You can break down each set into 25 repetitions and move from push to pull to BS however you wish.

    Coupled with a proper, nutritional diet, Bob's your Uncle.

    Its nothing more than military fitness ( without the screaming Drill Sergeant ). If you cant attempt a pushup yet, do the female pushups on your knees until have built proper safety muscle in your wrists and elbows. Female pushups are actually not bad for isolating upper abdominals - I work them into my workout quite often.
