308 load question - Benchmark powder

Anyone using benchmark powder in their 308 loads (lighter projectiles)? I'm trying to work up a load for a 137gr HH bullet with benchmark (lap brass, 210 primers, .003 neck tension) and can't decide on a safe place to start in terms of grains of benchmark

I use Quickload software but you can use 130 grain Barnes data and work up.
