The average October temperature of 50.8°F was 4.0°F below the 20th Century average and ranked as the 3rd coolest based on preliminary data.

The NOAA (with all due respect to that agency's excellent capabilities) still can't even accurately model El Nino/La Nina three months out, and that is with a network of several hundred floating sensors across the Pacific Ocean and a half dozen satellites in orbit. How the hell can anyone claim with a modicum of seriousness that they can predict global warming decades ahead of time? Sham science is the answer....oh, and politicians seeking a hobgoblin to scare the pubic and gain more control.
