40 S&W loads

Okay. I want to know, what the favorite load for a .40 S&W is around here? I like the federal hydra shocks in 180 gr. I have been trying to google ballistics charts all after noon and can't seem to get a good one. My google foo is gone.
PS If anyone knows where to get a reliable ballistics charts please let me know.

O and I'm talking Personal protection/duty ammo not range ammo.

I loaded some 180gr GDHPs with 6.4gr of AA no5. I chrono'd it a while back and I think avg vel was just under 1000 fps.

I mean factory loads, I guess I should have put this in handguns? I'll post it in hand guns and reject this thread.
