Who determines the requirement for a 51% sign? Is that the owner or the alcohol board? Why would they bother putting a 30.07 sign up in addition to that?

Are kids (under18) allowed inside of a 51% establishment?

Kids under 21 are legal not only allowed inside, but allowed to drink if with a parent or legal guardian.

TABC can figure out pretty quick by pulling the purchases of an establishment if they are 51%. All liquor sold has to be made to a alcohol permit holder. There are various levels of permits.

The bar I use to manage once got caught with a Mead that had a higher alcohol content then the permit. TABC seized it right then.Luckily it was the distributor that screwed up in selling it in the first place.

Everything is just the touch of a computer away.
