CaptHowdy, as a business supporter of the forum, be cognizant of a marketing pro tip that applies here. Many members scan new posts as a list and won't even look at a for sale ad if it's not near them. Without a location in the title, people get irrationally irritated when they open an ad only to find out it's too far away. That's ten seconds of their life they can't get back.

And as old as I'm getting, I'm starting to understand that attitude.
