    What is the problem? It is a single shot weapon and meets all of the carry laws in Texas, right?

    It's a Griffin launcher tube not re-useable, I think, even if you had the missile. Still dumb to not declare it though.
    I believe it was connfiscated and the passenger was let go.
    Pretty sure that’s a Carl G, not a Griffin. And it is reloadable. Does not look like a trainer, either.

The TSA said that out of an abundance of caution the agents wouldn't allow the weapon through baggage screening.”
