    I like the Beretta. Very reliable and superbly accurate. Top pistol is an Army-issue accurized M9 for service pistol competition. It'll group 10-shots into less than 1.5" from a machine rest at 50 yds. It'll easily outshoot the majority of tuned 1911s. Bottom is my old LAPD-issued 92FS, which worked quite well in more than one street confrontation. Not the best 9mm ever, but it'll do.

    I've got a 92FS and that is the most accurate thing I've ever shot. Not the lightest gun in the world, but it's my favorite.

    Best thing would be to see if you can rent one, or find someone that has one that you can try at the range.
