    Very interesting.

    The idea that guns cause crime is silly.

    The avalability of guns to law-abiding citizens has NO effect on crime.

    I really don't think it reduces crime much. I don't think the data really supports it. I think other factors, such as the overall morality of the society. I think that increasing the avalability of guns increases the potential consequences of crime. It also increases the rewards. guns are very liquid and worth a lot to criminals.

    I think our claim to arms has nothing to do with crime, just as it has nothing to do with hunting. It comes with the fact that we are free men and women.
