    The first two cases seem pretty straightforward. Id be surprised if the SCOTUS could somehow construe bear to only apply in a private setting. I hope they take up one or both of those two.

    The thrid no idea how itll go. I doubt they take it, gut says they dont allow individuals to challenge the laws/regs though. The idea of every gun owner filing lawsuits over individual firearms not allowed to be sold in the US or in their state seems insane. Itd be fun but insane.

    I think they'll take a bye on the third case....

    Since the Supreme Court issued its ruling in McDonald v. City of Chicago in 2010, it hasn’t accepted new cases about the rights of gun owners. The McDonald case extended the decision in the 2008 Heller decisions to the states.
