Didn't know that was a thing. Interesting.

    I like the innovation.

I wonder how much functionality, and dependability will suffer.

I'm guessing all this is done with weaker springs?

Just sold one, runs nice, didn't like the thinner grip Mrs. Whistler didn't like the grip safety.

I almost bought my wife one before her G43. I didn't know the original model was a .380 or I wouldn't have considered it. Good job for adding 9mm

I may need one of those in a few years. Right now the Shield is just fine.

So, how do they accomplish the feat?
What do they do to make the gun so easy to operate?

I got a chance to look at one. The slide isn’t that much easier to operate then the normal shied. The mags a tab on the sides that let you slide the follower down to drop the round in easier. That’s about it. The .380 ez was easier to manipulate then there 9mm version from what I got to look at. Is it possible the one I had was just a bit tighter than the rest? Don’t know I didn’t handle all of them. But I get the concept.
