Don’t lump me in with that comment, plenty of us refugees that will fight as hard if not harder than a native Texan, we KNOW the pain you’ve only seen or heard about.
Take no offense, there’s plenty of sheep that moved for better life only to forget why they moved here. And I hate every one of them. Don’t California my Texas. Lotsa bumper stickers to the effect. I’ll stand shoulder to shoulder with any man wantin to waste these muppets that desperately need wasting.

I'm the guy who said that. And, if Abbott or Patrick is the Republican nominee for governor, I will not vote for either. If my Republican state rep and senator doesn't stand up and denounce Abbott's unconstitutional actions, I won't vote for either of them. I didn't say I would vote for a Democrat, but my vote won't go to them just because they claim Republican membership.

2022 would be a great opportunity for the Libertarian Party to gain a foothold in an important electoral state.....if they offer decent candidates with good support. But I'm not holding my breath....

Problem is the Libertarian party doesn’t know what it really stands for and has a history of open borders along with other very bad ideas.

I can think of very few Libertarian party candidates that were actually good. The good ones just run on the R ticket.

I think the open border issue has been blown out of proportion to divide and minuscule.

libertarians are going to have to start small and fulfill their post.

Problem is the Libertarian party doesn’t know what it really stands for

They stand for stripping naked at their national convention and pushing clown candidates with pink hair.

I say this as a very libertarian leaning Republican who voted for Gary Johnson in the last two presidential elections, the LP doesn't have a freakin' clue. They need to do what the socialists do in the Democrat party and start moving into the GOP if they want any clout. And maybe start winning some down ballot races.

I don't want to vote dim o crap but I don't want to vote Abbott either. Since Abbott removed my ability to straight ticket vote, it will be easy to remove my Abbott vote and catch any good ones still running.
Yes I know this in effect results into a vote for the dim o crap. So shut up!
Only an idiot would vote Abbott IMHO. I'm getting too old to vote the lessor of 2 evils. I'm tired of voting for evil altogether. I'm willing to give the next generation the government they want.
    you go spanky

You really think they are going to act just the same? Across the board.
    How naive and shortsighted.

Just because you dont like Abbots wuhan retard syndrome decision you think that makes him act just like a Democrat across the board? I think it makes him a phuktard who made a stupid decision that pisses me off and he hears about it. I may even support a different candidate in a primary but I dont for a second think installation of a democrat is going to be no different than abbot.

That's as ignorant and shortsighted as those who vote 3rd party or dont vote at all for president.

I use the words naive ignorant and shortsighted in their literal definition not as pejoratives.

If you cant vote for one then vote against the other. Support a primary challenge, run yourself but dont screw everyone by helping to install the worst possible outcome.

    IMHO ofcourse .
    wow dude........you need some xanax

I still haven’t worn a mask. Anyone tells me I am ordered to and I tell them I refuse and that is that.

4th of July, I went to Lowes to buy a new flag. They had a "mask checker" at the entrance. He said I had to wear a mask to enter. I told him to pound sand! Went to a roadside vendor, selling flags, caps t-shirts blankets and rugs. Bought two larger flags for less than what one flag cost at Lowes.

Last Friday morning the wife and I went to Lowes to see about a new closet door. No one was trying to enforce people wearing a mask.

I haven't yet worn a mask. Not going to. It will be a sad day for someone trying to force to wear one.
