Damn even the states witnesses made Howard look like a violent asshole

I forgot that he threatened the mailman and code enforcement officer and got charged for it.

Seems like he threatened to kill everyone he met..lol

One of the neighbors testified that people had stopped walking in the neighborhood because Howard was such a threat and menace and after he was killed people started walking again

Whether the Millers walk or not..they took one for the team apparently

By all accounts it sounds like the Millers did the community a favor, but I guess the jury felt someone should be punished and they choose the old man to take the fall. Hopefully he gets a light sentence.

At 72, any prison time will likely be a life sentance.

Didn't the witness say the old man's shots hit Howard in the arm? The son took his head off with that mossberg
