Did Academy stop selling 30rd mags? I was just at the Pasadena TX store and there were 4 different manufacturers but, only 20rd mags available. I didn't see any on their website either.

I think they're done selling 30rd mags and AR-15's. If you do see one on the shelf it's old stock that will not be replenished.

Every time a store quits selling something because of wokeness............we lose..............

    Tired of losing.............

We’re always going to lose with big box stores like this. Since they don’t sell modern sporting rifles we already lost. I hate going into academy but with a limited budget sometimes it’s warranted. Especially for ammo.

If you look at those magazines closely, you'll find that they are all marked "20 rd". They are 30 rounders with a "plug" to limit them to 20 rounds.
This makes zero sense, especially in TX, but even the states that do have capacity restrictions are limited at 10 rounds, so why 20? What's the matter with people? :banghead:

Rhetorical question, I know...I'm just easily annoyed by stupidity within the industry.
