I want to make sure I'm doing this right , and I've had 2 different answers at the range today. If the gun is shooting high do I move the rear site down? Reason I'm concerned is that I'm almost bottomed out . It's shooting 3" high at 15 yds.
    Thank you guys

You move the rear sight in the direction that you want the bullet strike to go. You move the front sight in the opposite direction.

If the gun is shooting high do I move the rear site down?
Yep - whatever you do to the rear sight will happen on the target. Move the rear sight down, the bullet goes down. Move the rear sight to the right, the bullet goes right.

The front sight is the exact opposite: front sight to the right, bullet goes left. Front sight lowered (eg filing), bullet goes higher

Hence the shorthand mnemonic FORS - Front - Opposite, Rear - Same
