    I'm not aware the the current constitutional carry bills allow for concealed carry.

    I see that at least one of the bills doesn't specify or require open carry in kits current form.

    So I will move from my position to believing it will be a push due to certain areas which are illegal to carry sans LTC due to other reasons such as alcohol sales (ex: Walmart)

    Oh I was just saying right off the bat - eventually it won't be the case, but if there is a new sign for prohibiting unlicensed carry and 30.06/07 stay the same, it will take a while for most anti-gun business owners to catch up with the signage, hence you could walk into more stores without a license on day 1.

    I believe the committee substitutes for both bills have some sections for modifying TABC blue signs.
