Hey guys just got in ammo i ordered online from sportsmanguide instead im here looking at 5.56 federal, im wanting to shoot my saiga .223 rifle with it, would it be a problem?

what's the roll-stamp on your Saiga's barell say:

do it say: .223 Rem

-or-

5.56mm?

It depends on whether the Saiga is "truly" .223. If it is, then 5.56 is a no go.
