Did a search but no help. With ammo being in short supply ive found a Wallmart that has several .40 cal boxes of bullets in Federal Brand. Never used Federal is it good ammo or considered like Wolf Ammo (cheap) thanks 4 any help. I see its american made.

Federal is on a par with Winchester and Remington ammo. I would not hesitate to use it. I use their .22 ammo when I shoot Bullseye matches. I also use their American Eagle .38 Special 158 round nose ammo for the NRA Distinguished Revolver match. It's about the only factory ammo I've found that shoots good in my K38 for the 50 yard line.

Good stuff, same as the Blazer Brass, Walmart has actually started stocking it in the Federal boxes instead of the BB....

The Federal ammo I have bought at Wallyworld is labeled "Champion", and is not as accurate in my pistols as WWB. This may be something they are labeling for Walmart only, as I have never seen this label anywhere else, except in .22 cal. It is low cost ammo.
